Browser download

Microsoft does not allow you open a file in Word directly, as it may overwrite a document that is not yet saved. It will open in a new Word window.

The first time Doc Connect asks your browser to download and open a Word file you can be prompted to select Word as the application to open it with.

But adjusting your settings in your browser should take care of this automatically
