- Open Word and write your document.
- Save your document locally so all your edits gets saved.
- Open Doc Connect inside Word
- Select or check the "create item" and "create PDF" checkboxes. 1️⃣ 2️⃣
- Give your document a title
- If you want to use the filename as title just accept the proposal prefilled by Doc Connect.
- Select item and file categories.
- Enter item revision and file edition.
- Press ”Save to Arena”.
Optional...
- In Doc Connect - Click the "Open in Arena ...Item" link to open Arena and your newly created item with associated Word and PDF files in your default web browser.
- In Arena - Add the item to a Change Order for controlled change management in Arena
